Jonathan Philips is the Broker/Owner of MASH Realty Services, a Jacksonville native and a longtime Beaches resident. With 20 years of real estate experience and more than 30 years living at the Beaches, Jonathan brings an unusually deep understanding of Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach and the surrounding Northeast Florida market.
His approach to real estate is straightforward: provide good information, give honest advice and help clients make sound decisions. That sometimes means recommending a different house, a different price or even deciding that now isn't the right time to buy or sell.
Jonathan's experience extends beyond buying and selling homes. He spent 15 years in the title industry, gaining extensive experience with closings, settlement statements and resolving title issues.
Jonathan founded MASH Realty Services in 2016 and today works with buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Florida, with a particular focus on Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach. Having lived at the Beaches since 1994, he understands that real estate here can come down to much more than square footage and price. The differences between neighborhoods, streets, proximity to the ocean and even a few blocks can have a meaningful impact on how you live and what you pay.
His goal is simple: make sure his clients understand the market, understand their options and have the information they need to make a decision they're comfortable with.
