I highly recommend Chris Philips if you need a realtor who cares about all the small details. We are the stagers and I love this story...The homeowners were ready to list in a hurry because they had their future home picked out and a fast sale was critical. Chris knew that it needed staging so he delayed listing to get it staged first. It resulted in an over-asking sale in 24 hours. He paid for the staging, which was over and above the call of duty.
